While finishing a real estate degree at Georgia State University,  Bryan worked as an agent’s assistant at a boutique commercial real estate firm in Atlanta. Since then he has closed over 500 transactions in most all property categories while working as a sales associate with two different brokers. In his free time Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He is actively involved with his church and enjoys traveling.

Jim Rydel, Agent/Auctioneer

Jim is an innovative Business Professional with a diversified career including more than thirty years as a Human Resources Executive specializing in benefits and labor relations, with additional responsibilities for acquisitions and divestitures, investor relations and corporate governance. Other career fields and expertise include financial planning, business ownership, banking, real estate and auctioneering.

Prior to joining Eastland Realty, Jim served as Special Assets Manager for Bank of North Georgia, a division of Synovus Corporation affecting the disposition of some 500 bank owned properties valued at  $45,000,000 in book value.

Jim is married to Amanda Ginn Rydel and they have one son, Zachary..
